We purchased a new truck from the dealership this weekend and it was truly a pleasant experience. We had looked at other dealerships and found a couple suitable trucks but 1 dealership was hard to deal with, another dealership had a manager who was very disrespectful to his salesman, no one gave us that feeling of “this is the one, nobody is trying to hose me, these are good people”. I called ahead to be sure they had the 2 trucks I was looking at online and I was put through to Ronnie Harman who said they did have both vehicles on the lot. When I arrived 1 hour later they were pulled out front, snow cleaned off and warmed up. From the start there was respect and that went throughout the sales experience. We were never rushed, hounded with phone calls or badgered over price. We don’t do many things that take up to Hazleton but I can tell you I will go back for service and for our next vehicle. Great experience!

Micheal Clark was excellent to deal with! I live 4 hours away and seen a Platinum Tundra I was highly interested in. I was worried about rust issues because of it being a northern truck. I asked him to send me numerous videos of the undercarriage and engine bay, and he did so in a very timely manner and also provided me full videos of the exterior and interior as well. I would 100% recommend him to anybody looking for any vehicle. Also, Clarissa in Finance was extremely knowledgeable and efficient in getting things done! The team at Leadcar is the most pleasant experience I’ve had from a dealership, something very rare these days!
